About this RRB signature resize
The RRB signature is a wide, short strip, so the crop box has a different shape from the photo frame. Keep the signature centred in the strip with a little white space on each side. The tight 10 to 20 KB limit means that noise or paper texture quickly pushes the file over, so a clean white sheet and dark ink help a great deal. Check your RRB notification for the signature rules that apply to your post, including any rule about ink colour.
How to resize it step by step
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen, in the middle of the sheet.
Photograph it in daylight with the phone parallel to the paper, or scan it.
Upload the image. The RRB Signature preset sets the strip to 35 × 15 mm.
Move the crop until the signature sits in the middle with small margins, and make sure no strokes are cut.

Common reasons for rejection
