SSC CGL 2022 Final Vacancies Out
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final vacancies for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2022. Candidates can now check the final vacancies on the official website of the SSC.
The SSC CGL exam is conducted annually to recruit candidates for various Group B and Group C posts in government departments and ministries. The exam is conducted in two stages: Tier-I and Tier-II. After the completion of the Tier-II exam, the final vacancies have now been released after considering the available vacancies and the requirements of various government departments.
According to the official notification, a total of 36012 vacancies have been released for various posts under SSC CGL 2022. The highest number of vacancies are for the post of Postal/Sorting Assistant in the Department of Posts, which is 19676. The next highest number of vacancies is for the post of Tax Assistant in the CBDT, which is 3122.

You can also follow these simple steps to check vacancies:
- Go to the official website of the SSC – ssc. nic.in
- Click on the ‘Candidate’s Corner’ section and select ‘Tentative Vacancies’ from the dropdown menu.
- Select the SSC CGL 2022 exam from the list of exams.
- The final vacancies will be displayed on the screen. Candidates can download and take a printout of the same for future reference.
SSC CGL 2022 Sample Option Form Out
Along with the final vacancies, SSC has uploaded the sample option form for the SSC CGL 2022 exam on the website, so candidates can check the post codes and also fill it out to get help while exercising online preferences.
All candidates, who have
appeared in Tier-II, are advised to submit their Option-cum-Preference for the post(s)/ department(s) for CGLE-2022 through their respective ‘CANDIDATE
LOGIN’ on the website of SSC (Headquarters) i.e., https://ssc.nic.in, wherein a tab for submission of Option-cum-Preference(s) for the post(s)/
department(s) will be activated which will remain active during the period
from 27.04.2023 to 01.05.2023.
