โฑ๏ธ In-Depth Sectional Timer & Transition Guide

SSC CGL 2026 has introduced strict, system-enforced sectional timers for both Tier-I and Tier-II. Review the sequence of subjects, exact durations, negative marking schemes, and automatic transition rules below.

โš ๏ธ
CRITICAL TIMING & TRANSITION RULES
  • Fixed Chronological Sequence: Candidates must attempt subjects in the exact sequence shown. You cannot jump ahead or return to a previous subject.
  • Automatic Submission & Locking: Once the timer for a subject hits zero, all marked responses are automatically saved, the section is permanently locked, and the system immediately opens the next subject.
  • Independent Sectional Cutoffs: It is mandatory to qualify in all sections of Paper-I in Tier-II separately. Poor time management in one subject can disqualify your entire exam.
